Steel Shelving Mezzanine Floor Storage Solution for Tucks Fastners Dublin

Tucks Fasteners is one of Ireland's leading wholesaler and distributor of Industrial fastners & fixings servicing the hardware and builders provider trade. When Tucks decided to expand there warehouse in Finglas, North Dublin. Storage Systems Ltd was awarded a €100,000 contract to provide a turnkey storage solution. We provided a complete storage solution which included a 500m² Single Tier Structural Steel Mezzanine 3m high with fluorescent light fittings underneath.

On the Ground floor under the mezzanine we installed Redirack Long Span Shelving for storing large bulky boxes of fixings and fasteners. On the mezzanine floor level we installed HI-280 Shelving to store small parts such as rivets & tools.

The mezzanine level is serviced by 2 no. steel staircases and 2 no. Up and Over loading gates were installed to transfer pallet loads on and off the floor. Redirack Pallet Racking 11m high was installed for palletised goods which are serviced by forklift truck. Overall Tuck fastners are very satisfied with the storage solution designed by Storage Systems Ltd. for their new warehouse.
