MOP moves on to Compactus Electro

Matheson Ormsby Prentice is a leading Irish law firm. In June 2007, Matheson Ormsby Prentice moved to new 13.000msq offices in Dublin's Docklands.

When equipping their new headquarters Matheson Ormsby Prentice appointed Storage Systems Ltd to provide an efficient safe storage solution for all their legal documentation and files.

The contract comprises in total 600 bays of Compactus Office Electro Mobile Shelving spread over several floors throughout the building. In one area the mobile bases are 6m long and move effortlessly by simply pressing the touch pad control on the front of the shelving.

Safety is paramount and all mobile bases are fitted with photocells located on the bottom of the mobile base. If the operator or an obstruction in an aisle breaks the light beam from the photocell, all movement is automatically stopped.
