Warehouse Pallet Racking Dublin Fitout for Ace Express Freight

Ace Express Freight is one of Ireland's leading freight companies. Recently Ace Express Freight opened a new warehouse depot in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17. Storage Systems Ltd was awarded the contract to design a pallet racking solution to store over 5,500 pallets which would be accessed by articulated forklift trucks.

The final design included a low bay area with 450 bays of P-90 Pallet Racking 4m high each fitted with 2 beam levels storing 2,500 pallets and a high bay area with 300 bays of P-90 Pallet Racking 8m high each fitted with 4 beam levels storing over 3,000 palletized goods. Rack end barriers were fitted to the end of each row of Pallet Racking to reduce collision damage.

The total project was delivered on time within the very tight schedule demanded by the client. Ace Express Freight are very safisfied with the storage solution by Storage Systems Ltd.
