Shelving Systems: Side-2-Side Shelving

Compactus Side-2-Side shelving is a modular storage system comprising of two rows of shelving positioned one behind the other. Sliding the front bays sideways on a floor rail system accesses the back row. Side-2-Side utilises space where you least expect it, namely directly in front of a row of shelving. Both the front and back shelving have a flexible set-up.

Documents that are consulted less frequently (from previous years, for example) can be stored in the back row, whereas the front row can be used for holding those documents and items used on a daily basis. A well thought-out system to prevent toppling ensures optimal safety.

A wide range of accessories are available for the Compactus Side-2-Side system such as frames for suspension files, bookends, reference shelves, trays and drawers, all of which are tailored to the most commonly used filing and organisational methods. Side-2-Side is ideal in busy offices, reception and customer service areas for customer records, lateral suspended filing and other dynamic document storage applications.
