Cupboards: Flammable Liquid Safety Cabinets

Flammable liquid safety cabinets are manufactured to satisfy The Highly Flammable and Liquefied Petroleum Gas Regulation 1972, where appropriate and The Health and Safety Executive Guide HSG51.

These robust cabinets benefit from welded seams to increase stability and to reduce the risk of leakages. They have been designed to incorporate a 75mm leak proof base sump for extra prevention against leakages and possible contamination of the cabinets exterior. All units are supplied with a removable internal sump. Doors are reinforced with steel door stiffeners to prevent buckling under extreme conditions.

For extra security and strength, several units benefit from three point locking to the doors. Doors incorporate welded semi concealed five knuckle hinges, which are rivetted to the cabinets frame with steel rivets. Adjustable drip trays are leak proof to help direct spillages into the removable sump. Quality chrome locking handle supplied with two keys. Cabinets are pre treated and epoxy polyester powder coated to give a durable paint finish in safety yellow. Labelling complies with current guidelines. These products are not fire proof.
