NACCO Materials Handling Group (NMHG) is the wholly owned operating subsidiary of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling and is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of materials handling equipment.
NACCO appointed Storage Systems Ltd to design, supply & install Dexion P-90 Narrow-Aisle Pallet Racking for their European Manufacturing plant is located in Craigavon, Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland.
This installation consists of 500 bays of Dexion Narrow-Aisle Pallet Racking 9m high x 1100mm deep fitted with 7 beam levels to suit the storage of Fork Lift Truck manufacturing parts. The total storage capacity of this project is 8,000 euro pallets which are accessed by Hyster-Yale VNA Turret fork lift trucks.
In Addition, All Beam levels are fitted with mesh shelf decking and Dexion’s new e-rail rack end barriers are fitted to the end of each row to reduce fork-lift truck collision damage.
