Storage Systems

Narrow Aisle Racking

Frequently used when floor space is restricted, Narrow Aisle pallet racking provides maximum storage capacity within tight footprints while still allowing flexibility, quick pallet access and fast order picking directly from the racking.

Narrow aisle pallet racking is designed to maximise storage capacity within a limited footprint.  Allowing for fast order-picking directly from the racking and giving quick access to each pallet stored, narrow aisle racking is popular with industries that require high-density storage without sacrificing efficiency.  Flexibility is provided by the range of heights and depths on offer and the height-adjustable supporting beams.

  • Complete access to every pallet stored
  • Optimal storage for best use of available space
  • Flexible and adaptable

Narrower aisles that save space can be used by man-down high lift stackers or man-up order-picking stackers.  Specialist forklift trucks or cranes are required and handling equipment is frequently highly-automated and guided by wire or rail.

  • Lower occupancy rates per pallet stored
  • Increased use of available space and workflow benefits offset cost of specialist forklift truck
  • Heights up to 12 metres
  • Can store all pallet types (Euro, Chep, disposable or captive pallets, mesh boxes or bins)
  • Corrosion resistant
  • Designed according to EN, SEMA, DIN and INSTA standards

With all the workflow benefits of adjustable pallet racking systems, narrow aisle racking also allows for the best possible use of space in terms of storage, allowing you to get more from your warehouse or workplace.

The pallet racking systems are designed according to standardised pallet dimensions to ensure optimum usage of available space.
